Dementia Education Website
This site has been developed as part of a multi-faceted education program to inform and promote practice change on Alzheimer Disease and related dementias. The website will host case-based interactive learning modules, clinical practice guidelines, educational resources and a mechanism for accessing community resources. It will be an invaluable resource for busy clinicians, trainees and faculty members.
