Registration Instructions: To access most of the contents of this site you must register first. The process of registration requires you to indicate your category of user and supply basic demographic information. You may select multiple user type categories eg  Faculty and General Physician to indicate role as formal instructor and profession. Faculty registrants have access to a range of additional teaching resource materials that we hope can be incorporated into their teaching activities. Individuals granted this status will be expected to complete an evaluation of the site in the future. The information you supply is used soley for internal security and statistics. No personal infomation will be shared with any external group. To receive a password you must also supply an active email address.
